Before you connect

Create a separate Inttegro API key for each installation. Keep it on the server, never put it in page source or client-side configuration, and never reuse a key that can access payouts or financial accounts.

Restricted keys are not enforced yet

The permissions shown in each setup guide describe the restricted keys these extensions are designed to use. Inttegro does not enforce API-key scopes yet, so a dedicated key is an operational safeguard, not a complete security boundary. Rotate each installation onto its restricted profile when scope enforcement is available.

Know which system owns the catalog

  • WordPress: edit products in Inttegro; WordPress reads and displays them.
  • WooCommerce: import once from WooCommerce, then edit products in Inttegro. Later WooCommerce catalog changes are not written back.
  • WhatsApp and Shopify: these integrations create transaction workflows; they do not take ownership of your catalog.
